Obstacles do not block the path, they are the path.
SHERP can handle all terrain obstacles under extreme conditions
Companies that are involved in pipelines, rigs maintenance, and transportation.
They use SHERP as a support unit for pipelines and rig maintenance, which solidifies durability and efficiency working through out wetland and marshy areas. Praised for low ownership costs and being the only ATV to climb on the thin ice and high shores.
SHERP Innovations and Technologies
Tires are less liable to damage due to their elasticity, and if damaged, the tire puncture can be easily repaired in the field. The four tires are interconnected by a special "eco-circuit" and pumped up by the exhaust gases. Due to this technology, the wheels act as a suspension. The system does not need any air compressor, so it keeps the SHERP light and reliable. The patented design of the wheel and its tread provide a high level of adhesion to the ground and allow propulsion on the water.
Survival Endurance: Ultra-Low Pressure Tires
Design solutions and excellent materials allow achieving a minimum mass at maximum performance of the transported payload. Unlike hydraulic motors and belt drives, a unique experience of using chain gears helps to avoid slippage and sticking on any terrain when the vehicle is driving under extreme conditions.
TRANSMISSION CHAIN
Doosan Infracore diesel engine provides high torque and fuel efficiency with a low level of noise and vibration. The engines are adapted for work in any climate zone, which makes it possible to operate the all-terrain vehicle both in hot desert conditions or on a cold glacier. This eco-friendly, high efficient and optimum performance engine adds value to the customer as well as environment. The engine also meets the requirements of Stage V/Tier-4 final emission standards and delivers the power of 55 HP.
Efficient & Eco-Friendly Engine
Parts are made of DOCOL steel, which is resistant to deformation due to high yield strength (1000 MPa), which indicates its strength and resistance to deformation. The heart of SHERP all-terrain vehicle is the engine of the Japanese company Kubota, which has specialized in the manufacture of high-tech diesel engines for 120 years. The transmission is equipped with a manual gearbox RENAULT (JR5), which has shown its best side in terms of reliability, smooth shifting and gear ratios.
TOP QUALITY MANUFACTURING
Side-turn steering deprives SHERP of costly vulnerabilities specific to classic steering systems. The friction mechanism employed by SHERP makes turning easier. It is equipped with hydraulic steering system, so less driver efforts are needed when maneuvering. The turning mechanism is reliable and simple.
SKID STEERING
A unique patented solution - compressor-less tire inflation system. Ensure flawless operation no matter any external conditions. The SHERP's suspension has no springs or shock absorbers. Fewer parts means fewer breakdowns, better durability, and lower repair costs.
Less is More
A low center of gravity decreases the rollover risk. The body design includes integrated a Roll Over Protection System made of steel. All seats are equipped with adjustable two, three, and four-point seatbelts.
Safety First
The cabin has a large windshield and side windows that provide excellent visibility and allow assessing and reacting to the most extreme situations in a split second.
High Field of Visibility
Such maneuverability is essential in the wild, where each centimeter can be crucial. This feature makes it possible to move through dense forests and limited space areas.
